Shipping policy

Free UK Express Delivery on orders over £100. All UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with full compensation and insurance, or DPD next-working-day for express upgrades at checkout.

You'll receive an email with full tracking the moment your order leaves our Manchester depot. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Mon–Fri) dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

Responsibility: We're not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery addresses or those uncollected from the Post Office within their holding period. Missing items due to courier loss will be refunded or replaced once the carrier completes their investigation.

If delivery is refused at the door, a £10 restocking fee applies on the return.

Shoebox condition: Due to the nature of our industry, original shoeboxes may arrive with minor damage from courier handling. We cannot guarantee perfect box condition — the trainer inside is always our priority and always in unworn factory condition.

We ship to Europe and worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — typically £14.99–£39.99.

Standard international delivery takes 10–15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking is provided for every order via DPD International or DHL Express (for premium destinations).

Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). You won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery for the trainers themselves. Some couriers may still apply a small administrative handling fee in certain destinations — this is outside our control. Occasional customs clearance delays may extend transit time. If you refuse delivery and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a £15 return-handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

All international orders are final sale — international returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped (see our Returns Policy).

Every order is fully tracked from our Manchester depot to your door. You'll receive:

• An order confirmation email with your order number the moment you check out
• A dispatch email with your courier tracking link when the parcel leaves us
• Real-time updates via the courier's app (Royal Mail / DPD / DHL)

If your tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours after dispatch, email support@urbankineticwear.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it up directly with the carrier.

Every pair sold by Urban Kinetic Wear is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorised UK channels — never marketplaces, consignment, or reseller stock.

Every order includes a UKW Authenticity Card detailing the colourway, batch number, and our quality stamp. If any pair fails our checks before dispatch, it never reaches you — that's the UKW guarantee.
